Villa Fontana is a modern home with private garden located next to the Garda Lake. The Villa is on 2 floors: the large living room, the kitchen and a bathroom with shower are located on the ground floor; on the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with balconies and another bathroom with bathtub. The Villa is surrounded by a private garden where you can relax, eat together, or sunbathe.

Guests can park their car in a private parking space and their bicycles in a private storage room.

Villa Fontana is located in Viale Umberto Cattoni, on the street that running parallel with Viale Rovereto where there are delicious restaurants, excellent ice cream parlors and entertaining clubs. A two minute walking from the apartment there is one of the largest and sunniest beaches of the lake ("Spiaggia Sabbioni") through which passes the bike path and pedestrian path that runs along the north coast of Lake Garda. A short distance from the apartment there are also the POLI supermarket, the pharmacy, the bank, and the newsagent.
