General Terms and Conditions of Booking
1. Duration, Check-in/Check-out and Cancellation
1.1 The stay is valid exclusively for the check-in and check-out dates indicated in the booking.
1.2 Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00; for arrivals outside these hours, the following surcharges apply: €25 until midnight; €50 until 2:00 a.m.
1.3 Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure, following the provided instructions.
1.4 The applicable cancellation conditions are those specified in the booking confirmation.
1.5 Completing the online check-in form is mandatory to comply, in Italy, with Article 109 of R.D. 18.6.1931 No. 773, which requires the registration and communication of all guests’ identity documents to the authorities; failure to provide this information will prevent access to the apartment.
2. Use of the Apartment and Guest Obligations
2.1 The apartment may only be occupied by the number of guests registered in the online check-in form, and any additional guests must be immediately communicated and registered, subject to an extra charge.
2.2 The city tax is due at check-in according to current rates.
2.3 Smoking inside the apartment, holding parties, engaging in disruptive behavior toward neighbors, and subletting or transferring the use of the property to third parties, even temporarily, are strictly prohibited; violation of these rules will result in contract termination and applicable extra charges.
3. Damage, Reports and Modifications
3.1 The apartment must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, and guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, or systems.
3.2 Any malfunctions, damages, or anomalies must be reported immediately.
3.3 No modifications, interventions, or alterations to the apartment or its systems are permitted.
4. Liability
Guests are responsible for the proper use of the apartment and release Host Trentino S.r.l. and CaseinVacanza di Marchi Sebastian from any liability for damages resulting from improper use, third-party behavior, or events beyond the control of the two companies.
5. Lost Property
Items found after the guest’s departure will be kept for 15 days, after which – unless a return request is made, with costs borne by the guest – they will be delivered to the competent authorities.
--- Violation of any of these conditions will result in immediate termination of the contract, the guest’s obligation to vacate the apartment, and the application of any applicable penalty. ---
