Lido Local Home is located in an exclusive area just a few steps from the Lake Garda's beach and the old town of Riva. The apartment consists of a bright living area with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, and a comfortable master bedroom which gives access to an outdoor private balcony where you can relax or sunbathe. The Old Town is only a 1-minute walk away.

A private car box is also included.

Lido Local Home is located in Viale Vannetti, on the street that running parallel with Viale Rovereto where there are delicious restaurants, excellent ice cream parlors and entertaining clubs. A two minute walking from the apartment there is one of the largest and sunniest beaches of the lake ("Spiaggia Sabbioni") through which passes the bike path and pedestrian path that runs along the north coast of Lake Garda. A short distance from the apartment there are also the POLI supermarket, the pharmacy, the bank, and the newsagent.
