La Casa di Riccardo is a spacious apartment ideal for families, located in a peaceful area of Riva del Garda, just a few steps from the Lake Garda beaches. The apartment features a large and a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and a windowed bathroom. The living room opens onto a private balcony, perfect for relaxing, reading a book, or enjoying the sun.

Guests also have access to a parking space and a private storage area for bicycles or sports equipment.

La Casa di Riccardo is located in Viale Rovereto 9/B a main street where there are delicious restaurants, excellent ice cream shops and entertaining clubs. A two minute walking from the apartment there is one of the largest and sunniest beaches of the lake ("Spiaggia Sabbioni") through which passes the bike path and pedestrian path that runs along the north coast of Lake Garda. A short distance from the apartment there are also the COOP supermarket, the pharmacy, the bank, and the newsagent.

We'll provide fresh bedlinen and fluffy white towels on arrival plus shampoo and hand soap.
